Pirawna is a PE-backed Amazon agency working with established ecommerce brands on marketplace strategy, listing optimisation and Amazon ad performance.
Their growth engine was almost entirely inbound — roughly 95% of new business came through referrals and word of mouth. That’s a great problem to have until it isn’t: referral flow is inherently unpredictable, and for a PE-backed business the board expects forecastable pipeline.

Lookalike targeting off Pirawna's case studies
Reverse-engineered their strongest closed accounts and built the universe around matching brands. One of those case studies was another confectionary brand — which is what attracted Feastables into the pipeline.
